No Refund Policy

At Clinique m\u00e9dicale Humani<\/strong>, we are committed to providing quality healthcare services and optimizing our time management to meet the needs of all our patients. In order to maintain this commitment, the following policy applies:<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1- Non-Refundable Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payments made for the following services are non-refundable:<\/p>\n

Medical consultations, whether in person or via telemedicine.<\/p>\n

Initial or specialized assessments.<\/p>\n

Application processing or handling fees (e.g., forms, medical letters, etc.).<\/p>\n

2- Cancellations and No-Shows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

All cancellations or requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n

If a patient cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or does not show up, a $75 fee will be applied.<\/p>\n

This fee is necessary to compensate for the lost time and to ensure continuity of care for other patients.<\/p>\n

3- Payment<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Fees for services rendered are payable at the time of consultation.<\/p>\n

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and cash.<\/p>\n

By providing your credit card information when making your appointment, you authorize Humani Clinic to automatically charge you the $75 fee in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with section 2 of this policy.<\/p>\n

4- Exceptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exceptions to cancellation fees may be granted in cases of administrative errors attributable to the clinic. These do not include appointment rescheduling due to the absence of the professional (e.g., illness). No discounts will be applied.<\/p>\n

5- Acceptance of Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By making an appointment or payment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy. You will also receive the Clinic's regulations via email or text message.<\/p>\n
