Our Rates
As the Clinique Médicale Humani is a private clinic, our general practitioners and healthcare professionals have chosen to practice privately. This means that they are not employed by the Régie d'Assurance Maladie du Québec (RAMQ) and are legally considered non-participants. This is why our services are billed directly to patients, rather than being insured by the Quebec government as in the public health system. A detailed receipt is provided after each visit.
This non-participation in the public health system nevertheless allows us to offer fast services: with us, there are no indefinite delays or waiting lists! In our commitment to accessibility, we offer free file opening so that people on the North Shore looking for quality medical care can easily join the Humani family!

General information
- During a medical consultation, especially if it is your first time, please bring a complete list of your medications (antibiotics, natural products, prescription and over-the-counter medications, etc.) and a detailed list of your allergies.
- We do not provide pregnancy care at our clinic.
- During a walk-in visit, only one issue will be addressed at a time. If you have multiple concerns or questions, we may suggest another type of appointment, such as an annual check-up or a comprehensive health assessment.
- We work in collaboration with public and private resources for your health.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise (if the notice is less than 24 hours), you will be charged a fee of $75.
Notice of non-participation
To beneficiaries of the health insurance plan
I hereby notify you that I am a professional who does not participate in the health insurance plan. As such, I cannot claim payment of my fees from the RAMQ. If you use my professional services, you will therefore have to pay me directly for the cost of the services I provide. You will not be able to request or obtain reimbursement from the RAMQ for any insured services you have paid me for.
This notice is in accordance with the Health Insurance Act (R.S.Q. c. A-29) and regulations.
