Have all the information you need to make an appointment with our team of doctors and professionals dedicated to your health!
Each appointment is designed to identify a health problem, and a maximum amount of time is allocated based on that problem. There is a fee for this consultation.
Our healthcare professionals are required to follow up on any abnormal results, medications, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure), or any health conditions that require further explanation and care.
Healthcare professionals, like any other professionals, are paid for the time they spend with you.
For your health, medical follow-up requires a similar amount of time and is just as important as your initial consultation.
We work with both the private and public healthcare systems. However, we cannot control waiting times outside our facility.
There may be a delay in receiving your results.
Depending on the facility you choose, there may be a delay of 5 to 15 days before you receive your results.
Late cancellations or no-shows deprive someone else of the opportunity to receive care. When patients cancel in advance, it allows other patients on the waiting list to be seen more quickly.
These fees are not applied arbitrarily; patients are given a grace period before their appointment.
Our professionals' time is carefully planned for our patients and must be fair for everyone.
We advise you to check with your own insurer as each company has different eligibility requirements. In general, most insurance companies cover up to 80% of laboratory costs.
A NP can practice independently through interprofessional collaboration with a physician. This means that a NP can see you for a consultation, prescribe medication and medical tests (laboratory/medical imaging), and review your results. NPs can contact a physician on site at any time.
